Highlights: The Giants led 14-8 after the first quarter and 21-16 at halftime, but Jackson picked up her fourth foul in the closing seconds of the first half and the Cavaliers outscored Brady 16-3 in the third quarter to take the lead.

Highlights: The teams played an even first half, with Derryfield holding a slim 20-19 lead. Derryfield led by as many as 14 points in the third quarter and Coe-Brown came back to cut the lead to three with 8 seconds left but got no closer.

Highlights: Kaplan scored 17 points in the first quarter to guide the Tornadoes to a 21-12 lead after the first quarter and a 40-16 lead at halftime, and Franklin outscored Pittsfield 13-2 in the third quarter to add some insurance. Kaplan, a sophomore, is just 18 points shy of her 1,000th career point. Franklin hosts Wilton-Lyndeborough on Monday.

Highlights: Stevens won both the giant slalom (combined time of 58 seconds flat) and the slalom (58.67), besting Howard by 0.77 and 3.03 seconds, respectively, to lead Belmont to third place in a six-team race at Gunstock on Friday.

Highlights: The Falcons stacked their relays, finishing in the top two in all three of those events, and finished second in a six-team meet at the Upper Valley Aquatic Center on Friday night, trailing only powerhouse Hanover. Popielarz, Karanouh, Fellers and Thompson formed the winning 200-yard freestyle relay. Karanouh, Hou, Thompson and Popielarz were the runner-up 200 medley relay, and Key, Hou, Olivia Shippos and Popielarz formed the second place 400 freestyle relay.

(238.5), Winnisquam (186.5) and Alvirne (181) were the top three teams, while Kearsarge (113) finished eighth. Concord (58.5) finished in the middle of the pack with JV athletes competing. Franklin (31) rounded out the local teams that competed.

Highlights: Jablonski won by pin, technical fall and major decision to go 3-0 to win the 126-pound title at the Dan Gionet Memorial Tournament hosted by Pelham. Marblehead/Swampscott, Mass. (178.5), Tyngsborough/Dracut, Mass. (170), Pentucket, Mass. (156), Pelham (133.5), West Warwick, R.I. (130) and John Stark (81.5) were the top six team scores out of 14 competing. H-D had two wrestlers compete, while Linstad was the lone competitor for Hopkinton.
