On Nov. 6th, 2024, New Hampshire Democrats found out they had officially lost the House, Senate, Executive Council, the governor’s office and the presidency. This was a sad day for Democrats. We knocked on doors, made calls and reminded our family and friends, but we failed. During this election season, local Democratic organizations were not getting the proper resources and funding to connect with voters, and voters were not getting engaged because they simply did not know how or who to go to.

The years ahead are going to be hard, and the Democratic Party needs to see substantial change to take on the billionaires who are running our government. This is why I am endorsing Mat Stover to be the next chairman of the New Hampshire Democratic Party. He has experience as the chair of the Rockingham County Democrats, chair of the Chester Democratic Committee, a campaign planner and a candidate advisor. When Mat Stover is elected as our new NHDP chairman, he will bring new ideas to the table rather than the ones that have failed New Hampshire Democrats for far too long. I hope all of the state committee members who vote in this election will choose Mat Stover to be our NHDP chairman for a successful road ahead.
