D-III Field Hockey

No. 6 Bishop Brady 2, No. 3 Mascenic 0

Key players: Bishop Brady – Kimble Rose (goal, assist), Madison Mundy (goal), Camdyn Despres (assist), Olivia Lazear (assist)

Highlights: Rose opened the scoring at 6:48 in the first quarter off a corner from Despres as the Giants upset the Vikings in the Division III quarterfinals on the road. Mundy scored in the third quarter off assists from Lazear and Rose. Brady will play No. 7 Newfound in Thursday’s semifinal at Bill Ball Stadium in Exeter at 5 p.m.

Highlights: Rancloes scored with 10 seconds left in overtime to lift the Mountaineers to a victory over the Hawks in the D-III semifinals.
