Silver alert canceled after missing Concord adult was found safe

A 70-year-old Concord man with dementia who had been reported missing was found safe, police said Wednesday.
A silver alert was issued Monday evening to locate Steven Ironside, who was walking away from the Harris Hill nursing home at 20 Maitland Street on October 21, 5:45 p.m.
The alert was canceled Wednesday afternoon.
