Letter: To Canterbury and Loudon voters

I will be voting for Ruth Heath for our representative to the NH State Legislature on Nov. 5. Ruth is an amazing person with great energy and passion. She is generous with both. When my husband and I came back to the U.S. after three years in the Peace Corps in South Africa, we had no home. Ruth and her husband welcomed us into their home. We stayed with them for several months until we found a house to buy. She is passionately concerned about our warming earth and the planet and country we live in. She is also passionate about fairness and equality which lead her to support working families, public education and women’s rights.

I will also be voting for Ed Friedrich for state representative because Loudon and Canterbury together are Merrimack State Rep. District 4. Both these people have a deep commitment to their communities. Please vote on Nov. 5 to elect these fine citizens to our State House. If you are a Loudon or Canterbury voter and would like to know more about these candidates, please check out Ruth’s website and Ed’s Facebook page.
