Vibrant fall colors outline a picturesque view of downtown Concord from the stretch of the Merrimack River Greenway Trail that meanders through Terrill Park.
This 0.3-mile first phase of the greenway trail was finished in 2020 while a 0.7-mile ADA-compliant section, running from Gully Hill Road to the southern edge of the sunflower fields, just opened at the end of last month.
Eventually, the plan is for the trail to extend 12.7 miles.
Situated along the Merrimack River, the 21-acre park is set to include an artificial turf field, larger dog park and more parking.
