Letter: Historical marker

I would like to offer a few more words on the fate of the marker, first by Franklin then Shakespeare. “Without freedom of thought, there can be so such thing as wisdom; and no such thing as publick liberty, without freedom of speech; which is the right of every man, as far as by it, he does not hurt or controul the right of another: And this is the only check it ought to suffer, and the only bounds it ought to know.”
“The evil that men do lives after them; the good is oft interred with their bones; so let it be with Caesar” “O judgment! Thou art fled to brutish beasts, and men have lost their reason. Bear with me; My heart heart is in the coffin there with caesar, and I must pause till it come back to me.” To paraphrase another, let you who have never erred in thought word and deed, cast that stone.
