Boys’ Soccer

Hopkinton 7, Inter-Lakes 0

Key players: Hopkinton – Fin Murphy (goal, assist), Kristof Cauley (goal, assist), Deegan Tomaz (goal, assist), Cole Breault (goal), Will Lee (goal), Kyle Buelte (goal), Mike Pantano (goal), Nolan Linstad (assist), Travis Windhurst (assist), Cody Charron (assist), Hunter Eckner-Naylor (3 saves)

Highlights: The Hawks scored early and controlled possession from start to finish and played nice soccer as they got used to playing on the wet, fast, new turf surface in Meredith. Breault, Lee, Buelte and Pantano all registered the first varsity goal of their careers.

Records: Hopkinton 8-0; Inter-Lakes 0-8

Field Hockey

Concord 4, Manchester Memorial-Central 0

Key players: Concord  – Ally McGonigle (2 goals), Lilly Merrill (goal), Anya Kendziora (first goal of the season)

Highlights:  The Tide bounced back from a shutout loss earlier this week.

Records: Concord 7-2; Manchester 1-8

Highlights: Johnson scored in the first half to give the Falcons a 1-0 halftime lead and Vaughn used her speed to record a hat trick in the second half.

Highlights: Keene didn’t have enough runners for a team score and Concord claimed places 1-6 as the Tide won a home race on Senior Day.
