A shooting at Rollins Park Monday night left one person wounded, according to Concord Police.

No charges have yet been filed as result of the incident, but everyone involved has been located and identified, Deputy Chief of Police John Thomas said. Concord Police described the incident as isolated and said there was no ongoing danger to the broader public.

Concord Police responded to the area of Rollins Park around 8:45 p.m. after residents in the area reported hearing gunshots. When officers arrived, no one involved with the shooting remained in the park.

As police located those involved, one person with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound was transported to Concord Hospital. They are currently in stable condition, Thomas said.

Limited information was being released Tuesday morning as the investigation into the incident remained ongoing.
